Shipping

We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over 500 SEK. For orders below 500 SEK, a shipping fee of 29 SEK applies. All orders are shipped with PostNord to your selected parcel locker or service point. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days. During promotions or peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Risk & liability

We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you. If your parcel is lost or damaged during transport, please contact us and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

If your delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe without notice from us, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with Swedish distance selling legislation. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Uncollected parcels

Please collect your parcel within the time specified by PostNord. Uncollected parcels will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

If you need to extend the collection period or make changes to your delivery, you may be able to do so directly through PostNord using your tracking number.
