When an order is created in our
system, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided during purchase. Please check that you've entered the correct email address and look in your spam folder in case it landed there. If you suspect you've entered the wrong email address, you can contact our customer service. Include your name and address so we can locate your order.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to modify the contents of an
order once it's been placed.
We also cannot add a product to an already placed order. You are welcome to create a new order.
If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, unfortunately, it's not possible. However, you can contact us to inquire about the status of your order.
You cannot cancel your order yourself. Contact our customer service at info@headonproducts.com, and we will assist you.The
order can only be canceled before it has been shipped and before our warehouse has begun processing it.

We offer free delivery for purchases over 500 SEK. For purchases under 500 SEK, there is a delivery fee of 49 SEK.
We offer delivery through Postnord Varubrev. The package is left in the mailbox/at the door/in a bag outside the mailbox. If the package doesn't fit, a notice will be left for pickup.
The expected delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, the delivery time may be extended, but we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

Currently, we only deliver to Sweden.
When you shop at headonproducts.com, you have 14 days to return your
order from the day it's delivered. You can only return an unopened package, so please avoid opening it if you plan to send it back to us. We do not accept returns for products purchased elsewhere than headonproducts.com. If you wish to return your
order, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery

The message should include your order number, name, address, and email.
Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost and the products until they reach us. Therefore, package the products appropriately to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. Clearly label the package and send it
to: Östra Kristinelundsvägen 18 C, 21748 Malmö Sweden. Once we receive your return, it needs to be approved by Headon Products. If your return is invalid, we will provide
feedback via email. Refund for approved returns will be processed within 30 days.
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
According to Swedish law, you have the right to file a complaint about a product for up to 3 years after purchase. However, this must be done within a reasonable time from
discovering a fault. The right to complain only applies to faults related to the production of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
Contact us at info@headonproducts.com if you have received a damaged or faulty product. Provide your
order number, attach pictures of the damaged product, and
explain the issue. We will then investigate whether your product is defective or faulty and provide further instructions if the complaint is approved.
Items purchased at one of our salons can only be returned or claimed at the salon.
Bring your receipt, and one of our hairdressers will assist you.
