Returns ​

When you shop at, you have 14 days to return your order from the day it's delivered. You can only return an unopened package, so please avoid opening it if you plan to send it back to us. We do not accept returns for products purchased elsewhere than

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date. You can reach us via email at , the message should include your order number, name, address, and email. Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost and the products until they reach us. Therefore, package the products appropriately to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

Once we receive your return, it needs to be approved by Headon Products. If your return is invalid, we will provide feedback via email. Refund for approved returns will be processed within 30 days.​

Complaints ​

According to Swedish law you have the right to file a complaint about a product for up to 3 years after purchase. However, this must be done within a reasonable time from discovering a fault. The right to complain only applies to faults related to the production of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of the product. 

Contact us at if you have received a damaged or faulty product. Provide your order number, attach pictures of the damaged product, and explain the issue. We will then investigate whether your product is defective or faulty and provide further instructions if the complaint is approved.
