Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from Headon through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
A purchase agreement is completed once you receive an order confirmation by email. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order.
Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT where applicable.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are securely processed through our payment providers.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information or availability before an order has been shipped.
Delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs are presented on our Delivery page and during checkout.
If a product is temporarily out of stock or delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawaal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation.
Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging unless the product is faulty.

Complaints
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Complaints are handled in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Force Majeure
Headon is not responsible for delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions or government actions.
Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between you and Headon may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or handled by a Swedish court.
